Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the portal process, ensuring all original tags are still attached to the garments.
Package Your Items
Securely place your items in the original shipping bag or a similar protective mailer and affix the prepaid label to the outside.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund or ship your exchange.
